ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
I require a $100 non-refundable deposit to book a first time appointment. The deposit is an agreement that I will be available and ready and that you will be here at your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit will go towards the full price of your procedure and is not an extra fee.
LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS
I have a very strict 15-minute late policy. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment you will be added to my reschedule list and will have to wait until I reach you to reschedule your appointment. (The reschedule list is significantly shorter than my touchup waitlist and usually I'm able to get you into the next month.) Your deposit will roll over, as long as you are not excessively late. I book my days so heavily that being more than 15 minutes late will completely mess up the rest of my day.
Example: If you are 16 minutes late to your appointment I will add you to my reschedule list and you will have to wait until the next round of booking for me to contact you and reschedule your appointment.
If you are 15+ minutes late to more than two appointments in a row you will lose any deposits left and will require a new non-refundable $50 deposit to be added to the reschedule list or may be added to the end of whichever waitlist applies (new or current client).
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment time you will be added to my reschedule list and will not lose your deposit.
If you call to cancel after your appointment time you will lose your original $100 deposit and I will require a new non-refundable $50 deposit to be added to the reschedule list. (AKA an additional $100 late fee.)
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time it will count as two cancellations, or two strikes (see policy below). This means you will not be able to cancel/reschedule the same appointment again, even within 24 hours notice.
There is a 2 strikes policy for cancellations/reschedules. If you cancel/reschedule an appointment more than 2 times you will lose your deposit or if it's a free touchup you will lose your free touchup and regular pricing will apply. Constantly rescheduling or cancelling an appointment shows me that you do not have respect for me and my time. To be readded to any waitlist you have two options : 1. You may leave a new $100 non-refundable deposit to be added to my reschedule list. OR 2. You can be added to the END of the current client waitlist. *
***Remember, you have to cancel your appointment yourself online.***
Please do not email or message me asking to cancel especially if it's close to the 24 hour mark. I am constantly receiving emails and messages so I may not see it in time - if you find the confirmation email from when you booked your appointment there will be a link at the bottom to cancel! If it is during regular business hours you may call the studio at 812.437.8282.
If there truly is an emergency please contact me and we can work something out.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS
If you no call/no show to any type of appointment you will forfeit any deposit left. If it's a first time appointment or yearly touchup I will require a new $100 non-refundable deposit (in addition to the full price) to be added to the reschedule list. If it's a free touch up appointment you will forfeit your free touch up and regular touch up pricing will apply.
If you no call/no show a free consultation I will require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reschedule your consultation or appointment (on top of the already required $100 deposit for appointments).*
On booking days, if I cannot get ahold of you on three consecutive touch up booking days (ie. you do not answer when I call, call back after I've left a voicemail, OR respond to the multiple emails I will have sent) you will be removed from the waitlist and will have to send a new touch up request, and then will be added to the END of the waitlist.
I know my books are always full, so if you have booked an appointment and are needing to reschedule you will not lose your deposit - as long as done at least 24 hours in advance. Choose to cancel your current appointment and then email me to inform me of the situation. I will add you to my reschedule list!

MISC. & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Please do not bring children to your appointment. I need you to be focused and calm during your procedure - and I'm sure you want the same from me! If you are unable to find childcare for the duration of your appointment please let me know within the acceptable amount of time before your appointment and we can reschedule! If you bring a child to your appointment you will be added to the end of my reschedule list and will be contacted at a later date to rebook your appointment.
I am unable to tattoo over traumatized skin. Examples include but are not limited to sunburn, blemishes, abrasions, or any abnormalities that can affect the healing process. If you come in on your appointment day and I am unable to tattoo you due to one of the aforementioned you will be added to the end of my reschedule list and will have to wait to get tattooed until the area is healed.
IF YOU ARE SICK, DO NOT COME. Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well. Having any type of body modification (tattoo, piercing, etc.) done while you are not feeling your best will negatively effect the healing process. With microblading the healing process needs to be as quick as your body will allow it so that your skin will grab the pigment as best as it can. Also - I don't want to catch whatever you have! My face will be inches away from your face during most your appointment and even though I wear eye and mouth protection it's still very easy for me to catch whatever you're breathing out. If I get sick I have to cancel multiple appointments which makes my life harder and disappoints those who have to have their appointments cancelled. If you come to your appointment and are obviously sick I will not tattoo you and add you to my reschedule list.
I reserve the right to revoke the free touchup per policy violation or violation of personal boundaries.
Healing is your responsibility. I will do everything I can to ensure an uneventful healing process for you however I cannot control my work once you leave. It is up to you to follow the aftercare guidelines to your best ability. I will supply you a hard copy and they are also available here.
