General Info
All of our appointments explain what it is you're booking in for and how much the piercing/service fee will be (this doesn't include jewelry) so please read carefully.
If you can't see an appointment for the day you selected, we are fully booked for that day and are unable to fit anymore appointments.
Please note that certain piercings are anatomical dependent & may not be suitable, but we will work with your individual anatomy to create an alternative if you wish.
As part of our jewelry standards, we are unable to use jewelry that is brought in by clients or from outside the shop. Time Keeping
Please arrive on time for your appointment as delays can push other appointments back and may result in your appointment being rescheduled. If you know you're going to be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, then please let us know prior.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, then this can be done via your confirmation email within 48 hours of your appointment time, or you can simply let us know. Please note, If you turn up more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule you, so please be on time.

Ear Lobes - 6 Years+
Ear Cartilage (Most Variations) - 14 Years+
Lip (All Variations) 14 Years+
Nose & Eyebrow - 14 Years+
Snug & Triple Forward Helix - 16 Years+
High Nostrils - 16 Years+
Bridge - 16 Years+
Navel - 16 Years+
Tongue & Cheeks - 18 Years+
Surface & Dermal Anchors - 18 Years+
Intimate & Nipples - 18 Years+
Photo ID
All clients are required to have state issued photo ID with them on the day of their appointment, we can't accept a photo or photocopies of any form. Failure to do so can result in rescheduling your appointment.
Photo ID For Minors
State issued photo ID is preferred & birth certificate is required for all minors (under 18 years of age), along with their parent/guardian and their photo ID. In addition, parent/legal guardians are required to be present during the entire piercing procedure of anyone under the age of 18. Please remember that we can't accept a photo on your phone or photocopies of any form. Failure to bring all items can result in rescheduling your appointment.
